Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Ouch Now is sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy.
Asking for a refund
- Ask within 14 days of your purchase (for a subscription, of its last renewal), through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net.
- Requests are reviewed case by case, considering how the app was used. Asking within 14 days does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
When refunds aren't given
Refunds aren't given where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse (for example, repeatedly buying and refunding) or other manipulative behaviour, or for purchases already reversed through a chargeback. A refunded purchase is no longer licensed, and we may turn off its paid features.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't take away any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under the law where you live; Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms explain these.
Something not working?
For help with the app itself, email us at [email protected]. For orders, payments, cancellations and refunds, contact Paddle through your receipt email or paddle.net, within 14 days. Emailing us does not pause that time.
